Ron Thompson – President
Ron Thompson, is the Co-Founder and President of Novitech Inc. He is responsible for Research and Development, and the evolution of our Technology.
He holds certifications in all major NDT disciplines, and is a metallurgical technologist, non-destructive testing specialist and executive, with over 35 years of experience in the oil and gas pipeline industry.
Guillermo Solano P. Eng.
Director Integrity and Customer Services
Guillermo, is a professional Engineer who’s knowledge has been collected and gained for over 20 years, through experience and exposure to the pipeline maintenance and inspection service industry. His main responsibilities include but are not limited to; developing technical reports and presentations, process improvement, and project management and execution, as well as budget and cost management. With his background supporting him and his good-natured personality; Guillermo, is known for developing strong long-term customer relations that lead into multiple years of service inspection contracts. Guillermo has also provided technical support and consulting services regarding pipeline threat assessment and identification, remediation, and management, to pipeline operators and owners. While having spent a significant amount of time mentoring pipeline management system engineers; Guillermo takes pride in providing services aimed towards improving the overall performance of the maintenance and repair program of pipelines.
Tim Robinson
Director of ILI Operations
Tim began his career in pipeline inspection in 2007 and has grown in the industry thenceforward. His responsibilities include, but are not limited to; risk assessment, cost projections, client communications, generation and review of completion reports and integrity management. Tim has participated in a variety of countless in-line inspections & evaluations with a focus on pipeline integrity and reliability. While leading a team that are responsible for compliance and pipeline integrity for pipelines; Tim brings a wealth of operational experience to his role as director of ILI operations, while providing his team of technicians with the knowledge and support that they need to ensure every inspection ends successfully.
