Crack Detection

Novitech’s Micron ILI technology has industry leading MFL based crack detection capabilities.

Using both AMFL and CMFL with IDD sensors, cracks can be detected in both the axial and circumferential directions.
Can be detected in a single run or by combining separate runs.
Cracks as small as 0.500” (12.7mm) in length and 20% deep can be reliably detected.
